These cinnamon buns are so delicious, they are worth the time and effort. The key to these? Patience! I’ve tried to rush them before and they were not as good. You need to let the yeast work its magic. A lady who used to provide care for my children hosts an Easter Egg hunt every Good Friday. I make the dough the night before, roll them up and place them in the pan so the next morning all I need to do is get up, proof them for 1/2 hr and then cook. This recipe can be made and stored in the fridge for up to a week just make sure to stir the batter well before using.
